The U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs has recognized 130 institutions across the country as Top Producers of accepted applicants to the Fulbright U.S. Student and Fulbright U.S. Scholar Programs for 2024-2025. 

Within their Carnegie classification, 27 were Top Producers of Fulbright U.S. Scholars (only) and 84 were Top Producers of Fulbright U.S. Students (only). Nineteen institutions – thirteen doctoral, one master’s, four baccalaureate, and one special focus institution – earned the distinction of being Top Producers of both U.S. Scholars and U.S. Students in 2024-2025.
