The Fulbright Program, the U.S. government’s premier international exchange program, is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. In celebration of the 75th Anniversary, the Fulbright Program will host a Plenary at the Diversity Abroad annual conference to discuss Fulbright opportunities and resources for all institutions, the benefits of a Fulbright experience, and the role that the Fulbright Program can and does play in supporting campus internationalization, global awareness, and engagement. A longstanding hallmark of Fulbright has been its robust efforts to build diversity and inclusion into the Program and to ensure that diverse grantees have successful and rewarding exchange experiences. Come learn from Fulbright Program administrators and practitioners on diverse campuses about the ways the Program addresses diversity and inclusion and supports campus internationalization. Plenary speakers include representatives from the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs and Fulbright implementing partners, as well as leaders from a range of academic institutions.
Please note that you must be registered to attend the Diversity Abroad conference to participate in the Fulbright Plenary session.
